Give-Away Rules

We promise not to pass on your details to any other organisations. During the prize draw we will send occasional updates on the latest winners and a final email to annouce the last set of winners and organisations taking up the IT support offer. You will have the option to be removed from future general emails at any stage.

 Prize Draw:

• Only open to non-commercial organisations (charities, education, associations etc)

• Only one prize per organisation

• $1,000 equipment vouchers to be spent with appiChar. Prices of equipment will be our standard pricing

• Equipment or chocolates only to be delivered to the official address of the winning organisation

• Winners will be alerted via email and followed up by phone. Contact must be made within 21 days.

• A maximum of $1,000 will be donated to charity for friend-referral email addresses entered in the draw

• Closing date for the prize draw is 14th of August at 2.30pm

• Judge's (appiChar) decision is final

 IT Support Give-Away:

• Only open to non-commercial organisations (charities, education, associations etc)

• $10,000 value of support contract does not include travel and other expenses

• $10,000 must be used within 12 months of the draw and can only be used by the winning organisation for work-related support

• If more than 5 organisations apply we plan to draw them from a virtual hat. The closing date for this offer is the 28th of August 2009.

• The successful organisation will not be required to purchase anything from appiChar or enter any agreements beyond the use of the initial $10,000

As we are new to Australia and currently located in Sydney it is likely that we will be looking for organisations close to the Sydney area. However, this isn't set in stone as we will be looking to branch out very shortly across Australia so please do enter your details.
